I founded the studio in 2015 (back then it was called Duende Design) and specialise in creating dynamic brands and websites. At the core of the studio is the belief that every person in business should authentically be themselves and I encourage all of my clients to align their own values and ethics with their business so that they can carry themselves with confidence and clarity. With a background in design and marketing, I have developed a range of packages for businesses from startups to seasoned entrepreneurs, with the ability to add on other creative services such as copywriting, SEO strategy and photography.

When you work with me I will encourage you to explore how your brand translates with your audience to help grow your business. There is more to design than looking good – it is communicating the right message in the right way.

I have fostered a supportive environment of confident business owners who work together, while also working on and in their own businesses. This studio is building on my dream that creating engaging collaboration leads to thriving businesses, both for our clients and our collaborators.

When I'm not creating brands, you'll find me spending time with my tribe of boys, camping and hanging out with my fave friends.

Hello! I'm Rhiannon - A self-professed Google geek, passionate small biz supporter and full-time digital nomad. After almost a decade in the SEO game, I’ve worked with over 80 businesses (and counting), helping them create and implement strategies to get them found on Google.

When I'm not researching keywords or nerding-out over SEO strategies, you'll find me hiking, surfing, or sampling local wines as I travel around Australia in my van, Toro the Transit.

Hello! I’m Lauren – Starting life in Scotland, and now in Sydney, I’ve been a budding wordsmith since I could hold a pencil. But now, with many years of big-brand experience under my belt in both the UK and Australia, my passion lies in helping small businesses grow and succeed.

When not grappling with grammar or perusing a thesaurus, I spend my time seeking out large bodies of water to cool off in, while exploring this country that I’m lucky enough to call home (with plenty of sunscreen, of course).

Research
We start your project with a thorough exploration of your business, your market and your target audience. We check out your competitors and trends in your industry. Our research contributes to your first design deliverables.
Concept Development
In concept development we combine the research, your responses to our questionnaires and our style to present you with fully explored concepts. Concepts are always presented beautifully and you are provided with an easy online feedback form to communicate your response.
Create
This is the fun part! Whether its putting the final touches on your brand or building your website the creation part is what fills us with joy. This is where all those ideas truly come to life in tangible way.
Review
You'll always get the opportunity to review the work. Whether its proofing your brand concepts or having a thorough exploration of your site in development before we book in a delivery date or launch day you'll get the opportunity to see that the work is in line with your approved concept.
Delivery + Finalise
As your project nears it conclusion we will book a mutually agreed date for your launch. Website design clients receive a thorough handover document including videos of the processes you've indicated you'd like to administer yourself. All clients are educated to use their brand assets and websites the correct way so your business aesthetic is always cohesive and consistent.
Continuity
As we say - "Tam work makes the dream work!" We have the systems in place to keep working together. There are maintenance plans available for all websites and as a well stacked studio we offer a broad range of graphic design services, the ability to grow your website as your business scales. There's also SEO packages and copywriting for both online and in print. Once we are connected, all you have to do is get in touch to start your next project.
