ABOUT THIS PROJECT
As an experienced Midwife, my client, Sam had a very clear idea on what she wanted included in her brand design – a clary sage leaf – and a beautiful linework design.
The process that I work through with every client includes exploring their vision for their business and determining the target audience. From this, Stylescapes are created to guide the client into the decision making process and to determine an overall look and feel for the brand. From these stylescapes we established colour palette and, type choices and illustrative style and that is essentially when the brand begins to form.
I always want my logo design to mean something and LOVE when they have subtle intricacies. Take a moment to explore the Sage Midwifery logo design and you will see that clary sage leaf nurturing the growing baby n the womb. The colour palette instills a feeling of calm, confidence and experience.
Moving on to the website design, the colour palette and type choices determined during branding come to life as they are deployed throughout the project, Sam was fortunate to have her own clients give permission to use photographs, this combined with curated stock imagery brings a feeling and wonder and joy to the expectant parents as they make decisions about their pregnancy care. The website also covers off important info such as Medicare rebates, Frequently Asked Questions and an easy contact form for that all important first enquiry.
